For 28 years I have been passionately active in the corporate world of which 18 years at Executive Management Team level - where I have built a solid HR expertise in all areas of human resources.
In my role of CHRO, I worked directly and on a daily basis with the CEO's of Telenet and EDS Belux as well as with my colleagues in the executive management team - the power of co-creation was consistently applied. For each strategic business objective the people aspect was clearly mapped out so that we as an HR team could give the right focus and priority to the accompanying HR initiatives.
Key throughout my career has been delivering strong team results with a constant focus on a people-centric HR practice and an encouraging organizational culture. The outcome was a stimulating work environment where employees demonstrated a high personal commitment and strong connection to the company.
