Claudia Poels graduated as a Master of Law at KU Leuven (1990) and afterwards obtained a DESS & DEA Droit Européen at the University of Nancy in France (1991).
She obtained her ROOT-GROW-BLOOM Coach certification at The Coaching & Training Square (2019-2021).
She is also an Emotional Intelligence Coach (EQ-i 2.0 and EQ 360 certified by Multi-Health Systems Inc.) (2020).
Since 2020, she has founded her own company and works with top business leaders under the Sequoia banner from her ambition to be an inspiring and meaningful sounding board as a sparring partner for them.
